You are invited to Jeepney Project’s first exhibition following our January trip to the Philippines. Come join the celebration on Thursday, September 22nd at Dominican University in San Rafael. The opening reception promises to be both inspiring and fun-tastic!
David Tomb has created 40 new pieces of art in various stages of completion, which will be exhibited in an experiential environment replete with Philippine flora and native sounds of the Philippine forest. This is a special opportunity for students and the public to have a glimpse into the process and development of both an art project and a conservation foundation. These are both in the early stages of development and therefore the focus is less about a finished product and more about learning how art and ideas can develop, merge, and make a positive impact.
