Can you spot the Horned Guan?

About a mile away from camp El Triunfo in Chiapas, Mexico, Mike spotted the incredible Horned Guan about a hundred feet up in a small opening in the cloud forest canopy. The huge gorgeous turkey-like bird flew lower into these epiphyte, fern, and moss laden oak trees. Can you spot the the guan? Soon after we had a mind blowing experience with the guans I spotted a shimmering male Resplendent Quetzal undulate effortlessly above the trail into the mossy forest. Johnny Quest never saw anything this cool. See our previous blog about El Triunfo and the Horned Guans.
